By accessing and using AI Dominatrix at aidominatrix.chat ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use the Service.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our review and comparison website for adult AI chat platforms. By using the Service, you agree to comply with these Terms and with all applicable laws and regulations.

AI Dominatrix has no account system or login. Partner platforms you reach through our links may offer their own accounts, for example to:

  • Manage character and scenario settings
  • Sync across devices

4.2 Your Partner Accounts

Any account you create on a partner platform is governed by that platform's terms, not ours. Under those terms, you are typically responsible for:

  • Keeping your account credentials confidential
  • All activity that occurs under your partner account
  • Notifying the partner platform immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Using a strong, unique password

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any law
  • Harass, abuse, or threaten anyone through the contact form or the Service
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the service
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the service
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Service or its servers

6.2 User Content

We do not host user-generated content. The only content you send us is what you submit through the contact form or by email, and by sending it you allow us to:

  • Store and process your message to respond to it
  • Use feedback and corrections you send to update our reviews and guides
  • Keep a record of the correspondence as described in our Privacy Policy

7. Affiliate Disclosure and Third-Party Platforms

AI Dominatrix contains affiliate and partner links to third-party femdom AI platforms and services. If you click one of these links and sign up or make a purchase, we may earn a commission, usually at no extra cost to you. Clicking a partner link takes you to a third-party site with its own terms of service, privacy policy, accounts, pricing, payments and refund rules. We do not control these sites and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

8. Purchases on Partner Platforms

8.1 Pricing and Billing

AI Dominatrix does not sell subscriptions or take payments. If you buy anything from a partner platform:

  • Prices, plans and billing are set and handled by the partner
  • Renewals and cancellations follow the partner's terms
  • We may earn a commission, usually at no extra cost to you

8.2 Refunds

We cannot issue refunds for purchases made on partner platforms. Refunds are handled under each partner's own refund policy, so contact that platform's support team directly.

9. Service Availability

We work to keep the Service reliable and accurate but cannot guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free service
  • That the Service will meet all of your requirements
  • That information about partner platforms, including prices and features, is complete or current
  • That linked third-party services will meet your expectations

We reserve the right to carry out maintenance, updates, or modifications that may temporarily interrupt the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • AI Dominatrix is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or of linked third-party services

  • We are not responsible for partner platforms, their services, or the AI-generated content they produce

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Dominatrix and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of another party.

12. Termination

We may restrict or block your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for reasons including:

  • Illegal or harmful use of the service
  • Fraudulent activity, including fake referrals or click fraud
  • Automated abuse or attacks on the Service

You may stop using the Service at any time. Because we have no user accounts, there is nothing to close on our side.
